I think that's haruhi since she has dark brown hair. Only she's wearing wig which makes her hair longer. Renge has a more blondish hair. However, you could be right about it being renge as well. Her hairstyle is more like that but renge is blonde (or light hair color), isn't she? But I don't understand why they would put renge on the cover of book 6. Me no like her.
